The structure is built with 50*150mm high-strength square HSS & 3mm thick cold plate. It’s designed for reliability and minimal maintenance, ensuring consistent and uninterrupted operation.. It’s designed for reliability and minimal maintenance, ensuring consistent and uninterrupted operation.
Panels are fed through the machine automatically via a conveyor belt system. This ensures a consistent feed rate, which is critical for achieving a uniform texture across all panels. Working speed: 5-20M/min.
The brush machine contains two brush rolls, they are nylon wire brushes.
- Electrical cabinet, contains terminal blocks, circuit breakers, and fuses that distribute incoming power to the various components while providing overload and short-circuit protection.
- Emergency stop button, the large red button located at the conspicuous place, when pressed, it immediately cut power to all motors.
- All motors are sourced from local leading suppliers or equivalent international brands. The inverters are from Schneider.
