This polishing machine is used to help wood manufacturers to achieve perfectly smooth finish on wood panels.
General
The core function of the polishing machine is to create a smooth, flat and often high-gloss surface on wood panels, and it refines the surface through polishing rolls after the wood panels coated with lacquer or oil to get a perfect coating layer.
It removes microscopic imperfections, scratches, and tiny raised wood fibers or dust particles left from previous sanding steps, resulting in a perfectly flat and tactilely smooth surface.
Capacity
Up to 500M/hour with working speed 12M/min
Applications
Suitable for high-end wood flooring, table tops, cabinet door panels, wall panels, high-gloss lacquer cabinets, interior wooden doors, pianos, etc.
- Better Surface Quality: It produces a level of smoothness and consistency that is impossible to achieve by hand, free of swirl marks or uneven spots.
- High Production Speed & Efficiency: It processes panels at 5-20 meters per minute, dramatically increasing output and reducing labor costs compared to hand-scraping.
- Superior Consistency: Every single panel comes out with an identical finish, which is crucial for large projects, production runs, and maintaining brand quality.

The structure is built with 16mm steel plate that can withstand heavy-duty use in industrial environments. It’s designed for reliability and minimal maintenance, ensuring consistent and uninterrupted operation.

Panels are fed through the machine automatically via a conveyor belt system. This ensures a consistent feed rate, which is critical for achieving a uniform texture across all panels.

The polishing machine contains one or more rotating brush heads, they can be configured with nylon wire brushes and other abrasive brushes like sisual brush. Operators can precisely control the speed of the polishing heads and the pressure they apply to the wood surface. This is critical for achieving different finish levels and for handling different wood species or coating types.
The polishing heads often oscillate, move back and forth slightly. This prevents visible patterns or ‘chatter marks’ from being etched into the wood by the abrasive grit.

- Electrical cabinet, contains terminal blocks, circuit breakers, and fuses that distribute incoming power to the various components while providing overload and short-circuit protection.
- Emergency stop button, the large red button located at the conspicuous place, when pressed, it immediately cut power to all motors.
- All motors are sourced from local leading suppliers or equivalent international brands. The inverters are from Schneider.
