This putty machine is designed to be used for filling the wood substrate with thick coating, like UV curable or waterborne putty to get a sealed flat surface. Its key function is in achieving smooth, lump-free surface to prepare for the next step coating. It has an extra pair of rolls compared to the other putty machine, to achieve better filling effect.

The structure is built with 16mm steel plate and durable components that can withstand heavy-duty use in industrial environments. It’s designed for reliability and minimal maintenance, ensuring consistent and uninterrupted operation.

The application unit consists of covers, 2 rubber rolls, 1 pressure roll and 2 doctor rolls.
Its vertical movement (rise and fall) is powered by a 0.37 kW motor with a geared reducer, guided by dovetail rails for stability, and is equipped with a height counter for precise positioning.
- The control cabinet is separated from the machine to facilitate easier maintenance.
- All motors and reducers are sourced from local leading suppliers or equivalent international brands.
